This is the world's biggest urban adventure race. Myself and my teammate got 9 out of the possible 10 challenges completed in 5:52.00...it was a long day!! We shall have a different strategy next year!! The winning team finished in 2:45!! I have no idea how they did that - what is more amazing, they weren't even from Ottawa!

So this is the T-shirt that I get to wear whilst I am volunteering as a beer cashier for Bluesfest. There has been a lot of contraversy about these T-shirts. Apparently they are made small so not everyone can fit properly into them. I personally prefer them tight....I overheard one woman say that she felt like she was working for Hooters.

..which is a good thing! My Dragon Boat team is now looking to get a single sex female team for competition. All the women presently on the team are totally stoked with this plan!!

It was a long weekend, but we did fairly well, I haven't received our final standing yet. We were up against some really tough competition.

Well, I certainly don't have a good memory, first losing my cell phone on the bus last weekend and now forgetting my D50 in a friends car! This starts (by choice or not) a week long series (or longer) of pictures from my Canon Point and Shoot!

The most unfortunate thing is that my friend is going on vacation and I am not sure when he is back. ugh!

Got home from work today and didn't have any internet. This is me on hold with my provider...whom didn't offer me any help. They just said that it MIGHT be on in three hours or so....hmmm...so I went to Dragon Boat practice and when I got home Voila! internet has been restored. At the time I "was not amused".

I've got nothing to say except it is very warm here. I am melting and so is Diva! 28 degrees Celsius but with the humidity it feels like 32 degrees!

Dragon Boat practice tonight should be a nice refreshing change! Although the bike ride there is going to be a tough one! ;)
