A to Z Challenge Day 4 - Dog

A to Z Challenge Day 4 - Dog

I thought it was appropriate that I posted an image of a dog since yesterday was a cat. I remember that it was around this time of year and I was out at a friend's place making maple syrup!

As I was climbing many flights of stairs to get to class today this "A" caught my eye! Bam! That is how creativity happens ladies and gentlemen...now can I keep it up for the whole month?? Time will tell...I am already not sure what to do for the letter "B"

I was paired with the lovely MaryElise for this week of the project. I think that we each interpreted "private" in a complimentary way.

The Divine Diptych Project is a collaboration between 35 photographers some of whom pair up every week and in each pair take a photo with the same theme. For more of the Divine Diptych Project go here.

Thank you to Apple and Sisters for the texture.

My brain also hasn't been in "the game" either because of what is happening in Japan these past few days. Please donate to the Red Cross* if you can spare anything....the true devastation of what has happened in this country will not be visible for a long time I am afraid and they are going to need the support of the global community.

Here is what we can expect in the Year of the Rabbit: A placid year, very much welcomed and needed after the ferocious year of the Tiger. We should go off to some quiet spot to lick our wounds and get some rest after all the battles of the previous year.

Good taste and refinement will shine on everything and people will acknowledge that persuasion is better than force. A congenial time in which diplomacy, international relations and politics will be given a front seat again. We will act with discretion and make reasonable concessions without too much difficulty.

I will miss these glasses....

I am going to allow my creativity to talk to me instead of forcing myself to be creative. Could this be a resolution? Perhaps. The only thing I wish for the new year is that things just keep continuing to get better. :)

So this is the beginning of 2011, a year of creativity!
