174/365 - Home from work again...

I was feeling that this cold was finally at the tail end then I went on a 9.4 Km run yesterday morning and consequently I feel like shite! My sinuses are clogged, my nose is running and I have a headache. Blech!
Going to the clinic tomorrow to get some antibiotics or something, this has been going on for too long!!!
Going to bed now....
